Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health is a core participant in the Thirlwall Inquiry.
The RCPCH extends its sympathies to parents and wider family members whose children were killed or harmed during 2015 and 2016.
麻豆影院 conducted a service review of the Countess of Chester hospital鈥檚 neonatal service in 2016. At the time of the review, Lucy Letby had been redeployed from clinical duties and was no longer working on the neonatal unit.
麻豆影院 is providing evidence to the Thirlwall Inquiry regarding this review. This evidence will be published by the Inquiry in due course.
The RCPCH is fully committed to working with the Thirlwall Inquiry to ensure that lessons are learned, both for the College and wider healthcare systems across the UK.
